Abstract

Étude des congruences du type ``Kummer" entre les nombres de Bernoulli relatifs à un caractère $\chi $ du groupe $({\bf Z}/f{\bf Z})^*$.

Application à la construction et à l'étude des fonctions $L$ de Léopoldt en utilisant les méthodes de l'interpolation $p$-adique.
